- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to be a lovely supportive place,where people were looked after and treated with kindness, unfortunately now there is a culture of bullying there and staff are treated with contempt by management, it is reported to trustees and they do nothing. Where as it used to be about supporting vulnerable people VAB is now about how much money they can make out of them. Both staff and volunteers are treated abysmally.
